Meet Patrick M. Pimento
"Doin' it right the first time"
Active in my church,
Assumption Catholic Church McChord AFB, Washington:
on the church council, and consistently participate in solving issues of the parish.

Have taught religious education, from 5th grade to 7/8 grade, for 13 years.

Energetic gardener and enjoy interactive Spades on the internet.

Member, Knights of Columbus.

One of the many community services of the Knights is answering questions about the Catholic faith, especially prompted by the death of a beloved Catholic leader, John Paul II, who is now being called "The Great."

This has led to a better under-standing of the Catholic church on the part of non-Catholics, and a more friendly attitude towards Catholicism.  The Knights have shown that bigotry is on the wane, and that the non-Catholic mind is open to understanding and tolerance.

"Few popes in the 2,000-year history of the Catholic Church have had so momentous an impact on the Church and the world at large as the man we can now properly call John Paul the Great. The 1.7 million members of the Knights of Columbus mourn his passing even as we recall the contribution of this extraordinary and holy man."
